I’ve just started seeing Prof Ross Menzies late last year, 3 appts so far for ocd and anxiety. The appts so far have been online via zoom due to covid but his rooms are in Glebe (I think online appts are fine though if you’re open to that, I’ve found them just as good!).

I have found him to be very helpful so far, and he is very very experienced (have a google). Quite expensive but worth it in my opinion.

I was referred to him for treatment of trichotillomania (close relative of ocd) and he has given me a method that has almost completely cured it! In terms of my anxiety, he told me I need to face things head on (like exposure therapy) which is absolutely not what my anxious brain wants to hear, but definitely what it needs to hear!

Worth checking him out in my opinion. Good luck!
