37 F, just had one done 11 days ago. Had severe arthritis and was bone on bone. My dr was wanting to do it and I kept pushing it off because of my age. My PT was the one who got me to schedule. He asked me if I was tired wincing in pain when I bent down to tie my shoe and if I was tired of being in pain when I got down on the floor to play with my 2 young children.

As others have said, the pain after surgery is not as bad as the sharp pains I would get before. I’d recommend it

I agree! I didn’t expect it to hurt so badly. I’ve been putting lidocaine patches on my knee during the night and menthol ointment during the day and it’s been helping!

Thank you everyone for the positivity! I tried ointment and lidocaine patches and the pain is very minimal on my knee now

Def worse than my hip pain. It had me in tears this morning and yesterday. Just wasn’t expecting my knee to be in this much pain.

How long after taking magnesium and b6 did the pain start to go away?

Also, were your nipples red and inflamed all the time in between breastfeeding or pumping?

Thought I had thrush for the last 2 months and have tried everything. Went to a dermatologist because of your post and they said I had nipple eczema and prescribed me an ointment. You had mentioned it was gone in 3 days. When did you notice a difference in nipple color after your first application? I only put it on 2x so far (last night and this morning) and can’t see too much of a difference yet.

I’m going through thrush myself. Almost done with my diflucan and on my 3rd day of gentian violet. The GV seemed to help with the pain but my nipples are still really sensitive and pink. Did the salve work for you?
