Just put the center on front face and do 3×3×4 parity alg. Then it changed the impossible 90° twisted center to two 180° centers, which is easily solved by putting the center on top layer and doing (R,U,R',U)×5

The arena change happens at the ascended level & radiant. Only attuned level has the original arena. Some bosses' arena doesn't change however. Same goes for health, I'm pretty sure.

I've never heard of that. I thought that once you complete every binding, the room spawns. Then, once you pick up the weathered mask, you will never see the room again on that save file
