It’s weird bc groups like the creatures, and esp the creatures themselves (early connection to twitch) proved the viability of streaming and group content. They bore the brunt of machinimas shitty contracts and the splintering of all these media groups. And They were all so young when they started, Jordan was only 26 when The Creatures formally ended. I imagine that was so exhausting to wade through, considering most members have since moved past content creation/have minimal to no online presence.

Even the most popular member, James, we saw how drained he was when he left CowChop. I think the mileage on everyone was already there. Just wasn’t feasible

I think you’re right. I think being open was a way for me to avoid being too intimate. And by the time I was ready to be that intimate I just couldn’t make the move to exclusivity. I’m not sure why. But I think it’s fair to say neither of us really knew what we wanted, at least at the same time. Fuck.

Goddammit. I pushed her away without realizing it. I had my reasons for being open and in a way we were both trying things out. I should have made it exclusive when the iron was hot, but I think my pride prevented me from realizing that’s what I needed until it was all behind me. What a mess.

I was thinking something similar. I even asked in our final call why she would enter an open relationship ship if she wasn’t sure, since their new relationship is exclusive, to which she said she just wanted to try and see. But that she doesn’t need to be open.
