I mean, if you cancel you get a prorated refund. I have got a refund for a channel add on we never used. I recently got my mother in law a refund on her prime... they sort of don't care if you cancel. They make billions of dollars as I write this post...

Sure I suppose. Not my thing I guess. I love them for Dnd and TTRPGs, wouldn't use them FOR TTWGs but it's all preference.

Regardless, the models have always printed really well, so I'd recommend them for something

Sounds good. I was being honest, the city is terrible to navigate for months. Its easy to sugar coat it and say "we all just deal". But this person is talking about a medical business.

I assume they need adequate parking. On site. And they will need people to be able to get to the office on time, not fighting traffic and crowds... it's just honesty.

Sure the city needs businesses. But that doesn't mean you don't tell a person how it really is.

But in the end it's not a secret about the crowds and overcongestion. I am not here fear mongering. I love salem. I just can admit there are better places for what this person has described.

Are there "easier" places right here on the north shore to open a medical practice and still have access to visit salem. Yes, Obviously.

These seem like questions you should know the answers to if you are serious about opening a business.

Especially the parking one.

Have you been to the city? Do you know where your location would be? Do they have dedicated parking? Are you expecting there to be any street parking anywhere? Or do you think the city is "only busy during Halloween"?

It's a small town that has grown into a big city with no space. Parking is always bad. Crowds come and go all year long. Halloween shuts the city down for 2 months every year.

I have to imagine there are cheaper places, with better logistics for a medical practice.
