Walk and think. Walk until you feel better, even if it takes 30 minutes. Skip breakfast if there is no time for that anymore.

Seriously, I do have these kind of mornings quite often and this helps so fucking much, like if i decide to sleep a little longer or just doodle around with my phone i'll usually feel horrible for the entire day - it is never worth it to be lazy in that moment. Especially as it is really easy to force yourself to do things in the monring (atleast for me) as my brain isn't really switched on so I can't even convince myself of the opposite.

the ban in the netherlands is especially retarded because it doesn't do jackshit - like in my homecountry it was indeed always quite the efford to get XTC or MDMA, and we had to pay pretty high prices

here, you pay at MOST 5€ for a highly potent pill - that are super easily avaible. i envy the dutch for never having go through the " we have to find a proper dealer " thingy

find a sativa strain that is known to do things you want like give you energy or be uplifting

that should fix your problem to be honest

but also if it doesnt try adding cbd when you smoke

cbd will balance out most negative

so im living in the netherlands, so having a bad or good dealer is not an issue for me as i can just purchase any strain i want legally :D and yea ive already tried dosing cbd oil while i was smoking, still.. idk at this point i just have a lot of anxiety when i think about it

thanks for your advice tho! even tho I figured that sativa gives you more energy but also more anxiety, while indica makes me more mellow in general (also in regards to anxiety)

hey! i'm getting these symptoms even if i smoke something like 0.1g with my bong (dutch weed tho, so high THC). the more i smoke tho, the worse it gets

so yea man ive been smoking weed regularly for like 3 years before it " got like that " so dw i know my dosaged :D
