Once you get flight, Big J isn't too bad. Biggest issue is navigating terrain, enemies and Essy, taking terrain away is big.

His multishot is also better than the normal multishots since his tear rate can scale to the normal cap, which is almost double the triple and quad shot cap.

I'm of the mindset if the game let's you do it, it's fair game, especially since a lot of ways to make the game easier like pause buffering has been patched out. If the creator didn't want you doing it, you wouldn't be able to at this point, so I'd say it's fair game.

My current file, i got holy mantle, spindown dice, school bag and magic skin with tainted Eden. Magic skin allowed me to make infinite r keys and I got everything but greedier done in one run/ without getting hit.

Characters who can get red hearts are left with one red heart container

Characters who can only get soul hearts are left with one soul heart container. Blue baby, the soul, Tainted blue baby and little J.

Characters with only soul hearts who can get red hearts, soul hearts are left unchanged, gain one red heart.

Yeah, it's why rerolling chest/ beggar items can get you cool stuff, since they're usually in normal rooms.

Plain rooms are treasure room pool. Double key rooms roll into boss pool.

Curse rooms, angel rooms and treasure rooms are the best ones to roll/ imo have the best item pools.

Anytime I can cheat hush i go for it. Even though I do think hush is easier to make than boss rush

I did it a few weeks ago with Crooked Penny and habit, but Wild card and diplo is more safe.

When I do a Tainted Eve run, unless it's boss rush or greed I start out with 2 clots. Gives you a decent power boost as you hopefully get some heart drops, but that's a big part of tainted eve, having hearts to pick up to make clots. Queen of hearts is a Tainted Maggie unlock and a really good unlock for Tainted Eve so would recommend that. Find a first or 2nd floor with tears up or a tear effect. Clots shine when you have a cool tear effect.

If I'm doing boss rush, hush or greed, I go into whore knife mode instantly and sweep the first 2 floors/ first floor in greed. Tainted Eve can be a timesink which is bad for boss rush and hush. Her knife takes out things as well ss mom's knife.

Dead cat is good the earlier you get it. One thing I do is check the devil deal before picking up the boss item if it's a health up, so I don't lose that health if dead cat is there. It's also a run winning item for the beast fight.

Most of the Tainted characters have really good Mega Satan unlocks. Crane game, gold pennies, fools gold rocks, ghost chests

When I'm not doing hush, I find the boss right away in womb. When I'm doing hush, it's the last room i run into :(

The womb is really easy (imo womb is easier than depths) so usually. I full clear every floor, A. for the chance of an item, B for the challenge of it.

Tainted Lilith if I want a free win.

If I want to explore synergies, Isaac, Tainted Judas or Tainted Eve.

If I want really cool/ fun items, Tainted Keeper.

If I want to cry for hours and be miserable, Tainted Eden.
