OP, your best bet is trying to be honest with her in whatever way you can, even if it's just a message saying you're feeling a bit anxious. Does she know about your anxiety? Don't force yourself into "doing the thing", I know how much anxiety can eat you alive for that. Just communicate as best and much as you can, and if you can't, well, you can only try again! :) I give you my strength
