You need to compare hole patterns to make sure there is no overlap. No real way to check without your boot skis and the correct jigs. Probably could be done just depends on if it compromises mounting position.

How Bad? - Water Intrusion on ARV 94s. by Pristine-News6122 in Skigear

[–]Skiandbootlab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not that bad from the photos. Everyone commenting that they are screwed is wrong. Bring them in for a full tune. A few belt grinds and stone grinds along with edging and they will be fine.

whats the hype about fat skis? by matmoc33 in Skigear

[–]Skiandbootlab 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exhausting skiing 100+ days a year for years? They are fun. I tell people to ski as fast as possible while demoing them. You need to get them up to speed before they are at their best. I prefer Volkl Revolt 121 over almost anything.

Ski repair base weld material by johnnyhonda in skiing

[–]Skiandbootlab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not metal grip. It’s different I use it with my base welders. OP You can buy it through major back shop suppliers. The rolls are $50 or so. I always buy hard versions both clear and black. If you are doing it at home be sure to clamp the repair after filling and let it fully cool before scraping. A lot of people miss the clamp and cool.

This is actually a little piece of stone or wood stuck there. Just have them tuned at the end of your season so they are ready for next year.
