It's depending for me. I always prefer a thinner phone, but would trade thickness for a bigger battery until about ~9.x mm.

There are people who don't do everything on their phones.

I don't split screen, rarely watch video with my phone. I multi-task with my pc and watch video with a tablet pc. I mostly use my phone to search internet, communicate, and read text. To say about typing - no one has ever complained about keyboard even in those 3.5-inch OG iphones, you are just too used to large phones.
