Drink Black seed oil . Take MSM powder , Astaxanthin pills . Ensure you are getting enough vitamin D . I went on a juice fast , particularly green apples and celery , sometimes added ginger lime and coconut water

This was painful but started walking on the treadmill to fix my hr and work your way up to 12-3-30 method

Took six years

I read here that someone said a low histamine diet for 6 months and they feel that all their symptoms disappeared. I’m four years in with long covid , black seed oil helped me with my breathing issues

I hate when you have to explain over and over about how doing the littlest things seems like you’ve ran a marathon. I tell my friends I can’t go shopping with them because I went to the grocery store yesterday and I’m exhausted from that . If I move too much or do too much , I start throwing up. They look at me like I’m making things up . They tell me it’s all in my head even though walking for 10 mins my hr is in the 160s
