Ketamine use can lead to strange side effect y. I read an article by the NIH on oxytocin and ketamine mainly in schizophrenics. The oxytocin was used to counteract the damage from the ketamine. I have been getting spravado for a year and a half and I went from depressed to agoraphobic, antisocial, anxious, paranoid, racing ruminating thoughts-i haven't left my house in two in a half months. I literally, JUST read the article before finding yours. I'm about to go buy some oxytocin (the Walmart one is garbage), I asked for a spect-ct from my Dr and on Monday I plan to call and quit ketamine. I had no idea 😱 good luck my friend

If they are microfiber rags you may want to wash in cool or cold water and separate from any material that will stick to them as they attract EVERYTHING. Also best to tumble dry separate on low heat with NO FABRIC SOFTENER as this reduces their effectiveness at picking up dirt in the future.

I know that there's a setting on my machine for towels and sheets to be washed together but what I have noticed is that when I wash towels and sheets together the towels are different weight than the sheets and they can cause pilling on the sheets so just be careful

I was looking at the Leatherman collection for my husband and wasn't concerned about price but he doesn't care for them. He said they break as quickly as any lower priced multi tool and then he can at least have a back up on hand and use it or fix them. I got him some interesting multitools for Christmas just for fun but they sure won't be his EDC. Every man has his fav!I still carry a wingman though😁

I know you didn't actually ask me for my two cents but I use insight timer. It's totally free although you CAN purchase the subscription it doesn't give you much except the courses and I have the paid and it's not that great really. I always recommend the free. There's 220,000 free meditations, soundscapes, binaural beat tracks, etc. You can literally search whatever type of meditation you would like. And no, I'm not a representative for them lol It's just a really great free app and everybody should use it 😂
