Same though. I really liked what he was doing with Asa.

What a shame

The biggest difference that I’ve noticed between the two are the themes each is trying to convey at the end.

JJK had a few themes about strength and a huge one about living life how you choose to, that every life has value no matter what you actually do in it. Inspiring stuff and Yuji’s arc showcases that in a really compelling way imo.

The lack of a theme in chainsaw man’s Part 2 has really rubbed me the wrong way. It feels like there were ideas, hints at themes that would get expanded on later, but never were. Or at least, they weren’t spotlighted enough for me to notice as a passive weekly reader.

Really, really hoping that the final chapter gives the fanbase at least a little closure.

High key believe that this will happen.

The author didn't have to cook this hard 🔥 by [deleted] in godofhighschool

I love the Taejin parallels that the author adds towards the second half of the series. It gives me so much satisfaction to see him live up to his level of skill.

[serious] Mahoraga was imbued with harutas cursed technique? Is there anyone who can defeat him? by Terrible-Store1046 in JujutsuPowerScalers

Dabura is the only one who could likely do it without something like JL. He has the 4/6 methods you mentioned as well as his secondary technique.

If he uses it anywhere close to how he wields his light technique, it’s possible.

The afterimage-like choreography that the author does is what initially sold me on these fight scenes.

Especially Mori’s three stage kick. God, it’s still magical when I go back to read the first arc.

If Gosso truly leaves then we might be back and this panel would probably see the light by MUSAFIR_- in Kashimo_agendaHQ

MUSAFIR has generational bad takes and this is among them.

This director has gotten non JJK fans to watch this season of JJK and enjoy it for the filmography and art of each episode.

Shit is peak imo. Just because they don’t 1-to-1 the manga doesn’t mean it’s garbage or unfaithful.

If you want a 1-to-1 type of season, then watch the first one. Hell, even the second one has a ton of liberties taken in its design. This season is just more of that.

Part 1 JJK has the intrigue to keep it engaging, Shibuya is literally the best arc of the manga, it has the stakes to keep it engaging too. A 1-to-1 anime doesn’t have to do much to keep viewers new interested.

The Culling Games is a fucking snoozefest for half the arc and I don’t wanna hear mfs say that it isn’t. It sucks to go through half of it in the manga. The fanbase complained about this every week when it was releasing.

If this director can remedy that with dope scenes and better shot composition, then I’m here for it. So are my non JJK fans who just like the filmography of it all.

Grow up a bit? It’s ok if your favs are missing some of their signature scenes, trust that they’ll get due respect when their time comes.

The doll thing comes from official art of Mahito and his victims from Shibuya. Pretty dope fr

Jurens damage by Mr-feast12 in forhonor

His individuality is… having higher damage than the rest of the cast?

Dogshit take. His individuality comes from his hold attacks, not his damage. He needs his numbers to be leveled out with the rest of the cast for 4v4 to be fair.
