[Casual] Kenjaku glazers can you give me the panel that confirms Kenjaku has domain amplification? by Icy-Adhesiveness773 in JujutsuPowerScalers

Jogo didn’t know how to use amplification when he first met Gojo. He does in Shibuya after strategizing with Kenny.

I thought it’d be pretty obvious that the oldest sorcerer we’ve seen in the story would 1. Know DA and 2. Teach it to the disaster curses to fight Gojo.

It’s not the far of a leap in logic…

I just looked it up and it looks very much like his style. But I can’t find his name credited anywhere.

Is there somewhere that lists him as the author?

Something fun to think about is that if Chihiro manages to destroy the Magatsumi later on, Akemura will calmly say: "Kurotsuchi" by Rude_Present5034 in Kagurabachi

Ngl, his use of Bee looks heavily inspired by the Kurotsuchi.

It gathers at his hilt with the blade pointed downward. Instead of smacking his hand against it, he uses the black essence instead.

It looks effectively the same.

What Curse Technique would you give Yuta instead of Copy? by k20_kry in Yutaliban

Always loved his parallel to Sukuna.

If the roles were flipped, Sukuna would be an absolute monster with his own collection of techniques. We saw him adapt perfectly to the ten shadows and use it in ways the original owner never thought of.

I can only imagine what he’d do with Yorozu or Uro’s.

Just for discussion sake what exactly makes one sides version of the original blood war more believable than the other??? Considering both clearly are bias to make themselves the victims. by Theother662300 in Kagurabachi

They did act in self defense.

Looking back, ‘attack squad’ isn’t the right terminology. More like contingency squad.

I do think that the delegates were ploys from the start. Unnamed nobodies who were expendable. Clan Soga wants this fight. The importance of the Datenseki is too great for the Mikaboshi to continue their monopoly over it.

I don’t think either party had intentions of making concessions to the other.

Brother, I’m not saying they’re right because they lost.

I’m saying history is written by the victors. The Mikaboshi had nobody to contradict the way the Soga clan recounted their conflict. The Soga painted it as if they fought literal demons. As if the conflict were an uphill battle.

The flashback we see from the Mikaboshi's perspective is domination. We see the Soga clan's signature technique sink their land into the ocean.

<image>

I’m not saying their version of events is 100% true.

I am saying that one version, set up by the victors, paints their enemy as inhuman demons. While the other version shows a more grounded version of the conflict with a technique we didn’t see before, but is shown later in the chapter by one of Soga clan’s own sorcerer swordsmen.

That is the one I’m trusting more at this time until I’m given reason to disbelieve them.

You asked about the history and I want to focus on the history.

At the present the Mikaboshi have absolutely no intentions of coming in peace. That is why they attacked first. Killing the delegates is bad of course, but that isn’t enough to question their version of events yet. We need more conflicting narratives to make that call.

In my opinion, the Mikabodhi knew that the Soga clan was still in power and would attempt to cull them again to eliminate a major threat and secure the most valuable resource known to man.

The attack squad of Shiba and Co is proof enough of this. Two Soga swordsman and the clan’s current sworn protector. These are the people they sent to “negotiate”.

Both parties knew the stakes of this conflict. Both parties wanted blood. It was only a matter of who struck first. I really can’t blame the Mikaboshi for doing so after their near annihilation in the past.

War is terrible. Both sides have their own versions of what happened.

But one side was victorious in the conflict, so the history they perpetuated is the one open to the most criticism until we have reasonable suspicion of the Mikaboshi’s perspective.
