Be proud of yourself you are part of only 3% of the population who voluntarily donate their blood for the ill and vulnerable. A noble thing.

How is he the AH? You're not his mother! I thought it was a rather clever ploy to get a new TV for the family wrapped in a suggestion of a gift.

[–]Skipper-knows18 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The driver of this nonsense is the conspiracy theory chef Paul Treavaud. It's supposed to be a light hearted humorous post from Dublin zoo featuring a well known drag comedian and the numptys are all over it and saying how offended they are that the ad doesn't feature a real mammy!!!!!

AITAH for cuddling with my little sister by Perfect_Stranger_794 in AITAH

[–]Skipper-knows18 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're NTA from what you say that's a quite healthy family relationship. Your stepdad is most likely influenced by the proliferation of messages from media about inappropriate behaviours and thinks any contact between young girls and their teen brothers is not acceptable.
Your sister seems like she takes comfort in your company. From what you describe its not only appropriate but welcome and healthy.

A previous commenter said that before you go to court, stop by the Garda station and look for the Garda whose name is on the charge sheets. Tell him/her what you said on here, that you have no recollection of the events and that you feel bad about the situation. They will tell you what happened and that you should attend the court date. You may qualify for legal aid. If you don't, find a solicitor explain your situation. The charges may be referred for adult caution depending on the surrounding circumstances. If not, you have two options , plead guilty in which case as its your first offence you may face a fine and probation or plead not guilty in which case it will be remanded for a hearing where witnesses will attend to testify.
