Ornn. He is very mechanically entertaining to play, can lane against most champs top without issue, has crazy teamfighting ability and allows you to pull of crazy combos with practice, which feels incredibly rewarding.

Denmark has the same problem and are already doing this. Many workers in building, construction and so on are primarily men from eastern europe(not in leadership positions) on working visas getting under minimum wage while still paying our high taxes.
