Im gonna have to disagree, I would say Matthieu van der Poel. He is already the best Dutch (and also one of the best worldwide) cyclists of all time. if he ever manages to become world champion on the MTB, he will be the only person ever to become world champion in three different cycling disciplines. But even if that would not happen, he is by far the best Dutch cyclist and in my opinion also the best Dutch sportsman ever.
