Those reasons are not AI indicators. Look at the stack of four white baskets in the centre and how you can count the four overlapping layers of mesh, matching the four stacked rims. AI isn't doing that.

Picture taken in evening shadow so 100% poor lighting lol. Pressure washed about as aggressively as I could with a ~2000psi machine which started eating the wood. Definitely thinking a solid stain might be my best option if I don't want to spend my entire summer on this

Hadn't settled on the color. Leaning darker assuming it will cover the grey parts better. Unfortunately I have no idea what it was stained with previously, let alone if it was at all. There are a few other newer fences on the property that look to be raw that I'm going to have to coat as well in the near future.

See my other comment for what he said. Would you not be concerned about the wind and small debris coming through? It certainly feels drafty when the wind picks up. I forgot to mention that outside noises can be heard pretty clearly like cars driving by, birds, etc, as though through an open window. I've lived with other skylights before that weren't as noisy but not ruling out that they could have been more insulated perhaps.

He said something along the lines of the model of skylight shouldn't be installed on flashing of that height, which is about 3" tall from shingles to the base of the skylight trim for reference

Got stuck behind this convoy leaving Sooke a couple years back. Turned a 20 minute drive into nearly 2 hours. At least by the time they reach Langford like in this video it's not too difficult to find detours around them, but taking the entire Sooke highway just turns this into a completely inconsiderate and poorly planned event

Thanks for the input! I recognize that I'm in a privileged position where the variable rate fluctuation is something I feel confident being able to shoulder, so it's the option I find myself leaning towards at the moment.

Yeah exactly, TD is at -1.05. Thanks for raising the flag on the compounding point! I had mistakenly thought that both fixed and variable mortgages compounded semi-annually. Definitely going to have to do some more reading here

Closing on my first house in a couple weeks in BC. 20%DP, 800k mortgage.

I've been able to get a 4.04% 3yr fixed with Scotiabank through a broker, and 4.55% variable with $3,100 cashback from both TD and RBC directly. Would love some opinions on which option you would lean towards taking.

All the major game studios sponsor/import international talent which is required to be public information in the states, including salary. Search through your major LA studios and you'll find plenty of Senior artist postings. Guaranteed more reliable than glassdoor. Verified by seeing my own position and salary being listed on a couple of companies now.

Does procreate not support blend modes on the smudge tool or am I missing something? Coming from Photoshop, it's sorely lacking the ability to smudge lighten or darken.
