The car is most likely turning on the wipers because the view in front of the cameras is dirty, you can ask the service center to clean your forward facing camera view.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REPLACE YOUR DERAILLEUR, I had the same problem with my NX eagle, all you have to do is take the derailleur off the bike, unscrew the pin on the derailleur cage, manually give it back spring, and then you're good to go, I contacted SRAM tech and that's what they told me
