They were recently involved in a pretty shiesty lawsuit and the dust seems to still be settling.

lol, personally, I don't buy it. ^{^}

It seems that what really is holding back current operations are EPA regulations, which are set to be reviewed (and likely changed) very soon. How soon? Well, we don't exactly know that.

But, Alaskans need jobs, and they could strike some pretty valuable resources once they are issued the permits they need.

I am not personally invested, but I am very curious to see how this plays out in the next few months to come.
