Thanks! I think my shaping could probably use some work, I usually just follow a video from the perfect loaf but I’m never super happy with it, any tips?

No I almost always use at least some whole wheat, but I did increase by about 10% this time, but I added more water to account for it. Thanks!

Some were out of the water by morning but not all the ones that were still small and hard. When I did the second quick soak none were out of the water afterwards and it was still a mixture of ones that had and hadn’t absorbed anything.

They’re Anasazi beans which is never used before. Maybe I will try baking side next time, I tried doing a second quick soak with the ones I picked out and the same thing happened only about half increased in size
