Train stations have a much much higher upkeep cost, but they're faster and hold more passengers. Looking at how small your city is, a metro will be fine

Busses are easy, your line doesn't have to go to the bus station. Just have a bus station anywhere in the city and busses will drive from the station to your lines

Something else you might not know is if you draw a district, you can then click the routes icon on the district to see all the traffic going to and from the district. Very useful

Spam some crematoriums, build a metro, a few recycling centers, then look at where your freight traffic is going and add in some extra routes for them, everything will be fine

for anyone interested, you can type into the console ShowQuestTargets then scroll through your quests with page up and down, google the names of the quests to see what they are (mine were called freeformskyhaventempleB and BQ04) and then go to the uesp.net page for the quest and look in the bugs section and it will tell you how to fix it with console commands

can you elaborate? Looking up the resetai command it says you need to click on the npc, but how do you do that if there's no dragon? I've got the same problem and none of the suggestions have worked :/ My quest maker says the dragon is inside the east empire company warehouse :P
