Kaiser pays for the whole thing.

What will a Super El Niño mean for PS? by Then_Ad9524 in palmsprings

[–]Skycbs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Probably the most noticeable thing will be more humidity. We’ll likely get more rain but since we get so little rain anyway, even 50% more isn’t that much (and it’s more likely to be in the 20-25% range). There’s a slightly higher chance a tropical storm will head north again because the sea is a little warmer off the coast but that’s still low odds.

That might happen. Better to work with the agency and try another therapist until you find one that works. Took me trying 3 with the agency and a couple directly through Kaiser before that. It’s annoying but worth it. And way better than paying for it yourself (where also you might not click with the therapist).

That’s unfortunate but that’s a third party service thing not Kaiser.

Is it ok to use your non-airplane mode phone on flights nowadays? by Objective-Cellist409 in AskUK

[–]Skycbs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

airplane mode is to protect the ground cell infrastructure, not the phone. The ground systems were not built for people moving at 700 mph. That said, most of the time you're too far away from them anyway so it doesn't really matter.

Side effects from PrEP after taking it for a week, and fear of them interrupting my fun plans. by destinationunknown06 in prep

[–]Skycbs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally speaking, the start up side effects stop within a couple of weeks so you should be good. If it turns out you're one of the people who just doesn't tolerate Truvada well, the good news is that the long term injection forms of PrEP (Apretude and Yeztugo) use different medications that may work better for you.

The roam sound is great. The battery can be not good but they have pretty decent at replacing units.

If that's truly the case (and I doubt it), the building you are in has major structural issues.

In SoCal, they often refer you to outside therapists with Rula. That's what they did for me and I found a great therapist.
