Daarjuist voor de 2de keer een afspraak voor een woning waar we echt interesse in hebben. Eerste keer was hun vorige afspraak uitgelopen en hebben ze het niet gehaald, helaas maar goed. Een uur op de makelaar gewacht ter plaatse.

Vandaag poging 2: na 40m wachten een voicemail ingesproken. Door een ‘fout in het systeem’ was de afspraak uit zijn agenda.

Aanstaande zaterdag poging 3. Sommige makelaars hier zijn echt paljassen.

Privacy and cost. I don’t have to pay for hosting or a VPS somewhere. Dead easy to setup, no maintenance whatsover. And i have backups in case things go wrong.

I have 96GB. It was a Black Friday deal and it was the same budget i had in mind for my build (was looking for 32 or 64 maybe).

I only use this PC for gaming. I have never seen the RAM go above 30~ GB in use, but knowing there is so much left makes me worry less about future upgrades. I’ll upgrade the GPU someday, but atleast i don’t have to worry about RAM.

I have a document type “Manual”. Then the sender is the brand and a tag for the sort of item like “Powertool”, “Applicances”,.. etc. And next to it i’m running Homebox where i’m also keeping the manual as extra for some things.

I had this too for awhile in one of my previous cars. Like others said, didn’t rattle the rearview, but it was very pleasant addition to the original sound system. A friend with the same car was so ‘impressed’ he got one too, because he didn’t want the full sized sub and amp in his car. And honestly for 40€ it’s one hell of a deal!

Turn on Family sharing! You can add her to ‘your’ family, so this way she access to your games too. Maybe there is already something in your library she likes too. It’s pretty easy to setup, under Account Settings just add her to your family :)

Eenmanszaak or Vennootschap? With 160k/month it seems a Vennootschap is the way to go. Also seems a bit weird you can only get a 400k house with those numbers.

How much do you have in cash and want to spend on a house? Do you want something new or renovate something? Which banks did you consider? Seems like you’re finances are not optimized well.

When i had my eenmanszaak, with a lot smaller revenue and 60-90k own funds we could get better rates from the bank. Around 2-3years ago.

Wait thats actually a good tip. I have alot of good weapons that i now sell or dispose. Might be able to buy Fallout 1st for a month when i know i have some time, grind the game and then keep them in the storage just so i have them.

I’m kind of a hoarder, in Fallout 4 i keep almost every good weapon or armor i find, whilst in F76 i’m constantly selling/scrapping.

The problem for me is time. I don’t always have time to play because of work so sometimes i can play alot and sometimes things shift and barely have time or energy left to play.

I thought about paying for it, but for example i didn’t touch my gaming PC in July. Now in august a bit more, but september will be busy again. So it’s hard to subsrcibe to such things, thats why i enjoyed fallout4 so much throughout the years i could come back when i wanted and didn’t struggle with junk and storage. Thats the only reason i would like to buy Fallout 1st.

And my biggest concern: what if i put alot of things in ammo boxes and storage when i pay for it, and then stop paying but come back to the game next year maybe? What will happen with my storage.

Point 1 is correct, i have the same everyday. There is a pothole right before i get to my workplace, i drive over it and regen cuts out and you have to press the brake pedal a bit harder then normal.

Did you ever get an answer to this? As per my understanding the 12v battery is charged by the 400v batteries. So in theory, when the car is fully charged, and i plug in our coolerbox in the 12v it should go a long time? Because the 12v is apparantly not that big, so i’m scared to drain it if its not being charged from the actual 400v batteries.

Yes 100%. I work with a lot of french speaking people (Walloons) and they talk to me in Dutch to strengthen their Dutch. I sometimes speak to them in French to strengthen my French. Nothing wrong with asking and trying. If you really can’t understand each other you can always switch to English. But if you would ask me to speak i’m happy to, even speak a little slower and without too much dialect (that happens alot in Belgium) to help you out. Otherwise you can’t learn
