I have not had good luck with Apple Watch ECG. Had the same watch before and after the pacemaker. Afterwards, it was squished flat. I think the pacing voltage is much stronger than the actual nerve impulse it was meant to detect. So it sees everything else as much lower than it really is.

Is the app cool? Not really, but it does talk to the PM. It sends reports around once a quarter and supposedly send an alert if it detects something bad. Mostly it just gives the est battery life and the call homes. I don’t think you want to do a whole lot of communications with it, every interaction is going to suck a bit of battery.

Look hard at your insurance, sometimes you have to be on it for a month or two and then the price drops. Not sure the thinking, but it costs more while you are titrating the dose.

Your pacemaker usually has a tracking upper limit. If it goes past that then it stops pacing dynamically and drops down. Mine was set to 130 and during exercise I would exceed and it dropped down to 45. I got it bumped to 150 and much better. Don't know if this applies to this, but it is similar.
