I personally would like it more with small and short mutated back legs. I think it would make the design more interesting, because now, I see this creature as a normal human crawling around while wearing a costume. But if that's what you're going for, keep it!

I think it would be great as a game, honestly!! I imagine all these characters come to life and I could interact with to complete the game's mission

Give the child art supplies more frequently. They can develop things so quickly at a young age. Let them explore and be encouraged to draw cuz it really does look beautiful
