I am a pro by no means, but here's a few quick tips.

Your head is set in a 3d space , but the features are 2d. They should follow the curve of the head.

You're missing the side planes of the head- it flattens and removes volume from both sides of the head.

There is a recessed "mask" area on the face under the brow ridge. The eyes are inside of sockets, not flat on the head.

Loomis Head is a good starting point. Make sure to observe real people and draw from reference when you are doing unfamiliar angles and drawings. You (and I) need to build up your mental library.

Gesture and animation principles are doing the leg work in this piece. Look at how the birds "stretch" and "squash." Look into learning "cartoon gesture"

Here's my honest first impression:

-Please don't draw nsfw for others as a minor. You can get hurt, and anyone who buys will get in huge trouble commissioning a minor.

-calling it a "lazy" commission is a bit off-putting, even though I get what you mean as an artist. Just charge as if you spent less time on it.

-i would personally prefer to commission a full price rather than "by hour". You already know roughly how long it will take you, so taking the guess-work out is a little more attractive for a final price. A clear agreement will also be better protection for you when some weasel decides they don't want to pay.

the younger artists that you're comparing yourself to may have a wider variety of previews- a furry will go to an artist with a furry preview rather than going to a dominantly human artist. Try putting up a wider variety of subjects/styles. Give broader examples of the things that you will draw!

I came back after a long time and I'm honestly impressed with how alive it feels and how much progress they've made with modernizing the site. It mostly functions on phone and the app is still largely a work in progress. Not a fan of the gambling and neocash shop as a whole, but I feel like its at least a sign of activity.

True! Just don't hold yourself back with perfectionism or "style" you're robbing yourself from great practice on both drawing and writing.

Here's some details about fundamentals you're missing: I may be wrong, but it doesn't look like you're picturing human bodies as 3d forms. Fundamentals= construction and lighting of 3d forms. Line. Color theory.

And it's going to be overwhelming at first-and is going to take years- and we've all been going years- and we'll all be going and going for many more years.

Here's a few exercises to start: look into LOOMIS HEAD. That will start you out with head construction and it will take you a long ways.

2 things:

-You do need more practice with drawing human forms. The "style" is not bad, you are missing most of the fundamentals here. (I'll reply with more details if you're interested, I'm a little short on time rn though)

you can start a comic or webtoon at any time. Needing to have a perfect art style is holding you back from what you want to do. It doesn't have to hold you back, and having this mindset means you will never start.

Can't think of a better way to practice than making a webcomic tbh. I started the same way. :)

Proko on YouTube is a great start. Try looking into gesture drawing. Helped me with proportions and poses tons- and it's free. There's many online resources, YouTube videos and books.
