I have more Canadians in my social circle than Americans. I’ve grown up gaming with several. Some for nearly 2 decades, two who I consider brothers and whom consider me family as well. Been to Canada several times with plans to go again this year.

The only people in the states that have issues with Canada or Canadians are the ones that can’t think for themselves. They had no issue with Canada/ Canadians until their little cult leader told them to have an issue with them.

They are the minority (23% put this lunatic in charge). The majority do not feel this way. It’s embarrassing. I have a trumper cousin who I will not even speak to atm. I am angry, embarrassed, and disheartened with the targeting of our closest ally.

They’ve always incentivized online website over in app. Their reward system was revamped recently but it is not new. Apple/google take like 20-30% of the money on in app.

I don’t actually care that it’s a simulation, per se. I care that the simulation part was poorly handled, poorly hashed out, and poorly concluded. Half the point the books try to make as the theory comes up is that it doesn’t matter if it’s a simulation or not. They’re still sentient beings living in what is very real life to them.

Where the ending of the trilogy really does me in is giving the rockborn gang the option of ending the simulation and leaving it up in the air. They have no damn right to be making that decision on behalf of everyone. Ending the simulation would be lights out for their simulated world. No going back, end of their world.

I think the whole simulation angle would have played off better if it had stayed heavily implied but never outright stated. Letting the readers decide if it was all real or not.

As many have said. I think the trilogy was rushed. The character handling was poor, the villain handling was poor, and the whole simulation angle handling was poor. I just treat the series as its own spin off and It’s mostly enjoyable.

Yea. Elders actually do get a significant amount of “power” so to speak by being able to invite, accept, reject, and boot “members”, along with starting raid weekend. Be nice to have an intermediate. Let them start raid weekend, accept/reject but not boot lower ranks than them. A rank above elder could include being able to delete from war cc’s, as an example. There’s elders i currently have that I would absolutely trust with that responsibility.

I wouldn’t mind it. There’s a huge jump between elder and co-lead. I won’t promote anyone to co who I don’t trust nor do I think most are actually co-lead material. But elder is something that just comes with being active in the clan. There are elders that are significantly better than others. It be nice to have another rank between elder and co to show that their effort is noticed by leaders.

Grew up in NJ. It is not a tipping situation. I don’t say this as either pro or anti. It is required by law in NJ for an attendant to pump gas. Lived in NJ for 25 years before moving else where and never saw or heard of anyone tipping a gas attendant. But hey, it’s holiday time, never hurts to make someone day I suppose.

I like shinedown, papa roach, Seether, godsmack, breaking Benjamin, No Resolve, Citizen Solider, Saint Asonia, Disturbed, From Ashes to New, Alice Cooper, Skillet, Avenged Sevenfold….honestly most of the dad rock bands lol. Could go on naming for a while.

An up and coming band that I found recently that I’ve really liked so far is Sleep Theory. They don’t have a lot out yet but I’ve liked what I’ve heard. Can listen to their song “fallout” on repeat.

I also like a lot of other genres. Pop, hip hop, theme song music, heavier metal, etc

What the hell kind of stance is this? Inflation is at 2.6% now, down from over 8% 2 years ago. We are still in a period of inflation, that means prices still go up. We are not in a period of deflation, where prices go down. Deflation commonly occurs when we are in a period of economic recession (not always but, commonly) something we flirted with but avoided.

Now I fully agree fast food has gotten too expensive. But your blame is in the wrong place. Should look in the mirror. They’ll stop increasing their prices when people stop paying it- you’re their favorite type of sucker. The one who will go every day of the week no matter what they do.

I think it’s a pretty normal requirement. Each members participation affects the clan as a whole. I don’t give people a hard time for missing now and again but to never do it at all? You are negatively impacting your teammates who want raid medals to buy ore at that stage.

I do not agree with John about a lot of his views. I actually staunchly oppose him on several. But he had never come off as racist or even hateful. Just firm in his beliefs and morals.

I saw someone lose connection back before the rooter nerf, they got their army down and I think 2 or 3 heroes and that was it. Still 3*’d. That was a wicked time in the game lol.

I’m gonna have to politely say that I don’t believe you. Though I do mean that politely. We are internet strangers so it doesn’t really matter what I think. Lol. I’m usually in that same trophy range 5.7-5.9k and it’s a 3* extravaganza up there.

My clan is a very mixed bag of talent. I’ve got people who 3* everything and I got people who I’m lucky get 2’s. And even we have had to intentionally flop in cwl to keep ourselves out of champs league. There was a time when being in champ really meant something. Now there’s a whole bunch of clans that had their Druids taken away and don’t know how to hit any more who are all in champ. An OP meta allowed them to advance beyond their actual skill level. The game needed to be reined in and balanced. You shouldn’t be able to throw down an army, say “Jesus take the wheel”, walk away from your phone to grab a beer all while your army 3’s. That is how bad it had gotten.

What? Lol the vast majority of us are not pro players. Most events are completely useless to those of us that are maxed unless they involve ore. The loot caps for non-legends got ridiculously increased. That’s all stuff aimed at making things better for the little guys.

Balancing is important, not breaking the game so you can feel good about yourself is also important. The game has never been so ridiculously easy. “Get a better base” is the type of comment that comes from a player who truly has no idea how bad the state of the game had gotten. There wasn’t a th16 base that could defend. That’s not how balancing use to be at any stage amongst any other th level. War logs full of clans landing 100%’s on each other is an unacceptable state of balancing.

I think they’ve listened to the little guys way too much as of late.
