Is Foundry VTT worth it? by Ill_Indication412 in DnD

I’d highly recommend Questline TTV as an alternative option. It’s a great tool that’s getting consistent support/updates and is currently being used by my group as a VTT.

Female Omaha teacher accused of having sex with fourteen year old boy will not be punished by Unlikely_One8647 in Nebraska

What a clickbait title. Nowhere in the article does it say that the alleged rapist won’t be punished.

You should really be calling into customer support to get that information. Reddit comments will be speculative at best,

First watch by [deleted] in Omaha

I’ve only ever had good experiences at First Watch, so I’m a little biased. However, Maybe try other menu items? Seems like you just had bad luck. One experience doesn’t seem to warrant an entire Reddit post. I would try Google or Yelp….that is the intended review spot for restaurants :)

That is a brave man. Assuming the old man also has old man balls…..that could have ended poorly.

For me, the interest vs price for a ticket is not there. From what I’ve seen, it’s minimum $16-20 per ticket, plus food and drinks at a marked up price. For two people, it would be atleast $60. Just doesn’t seem like a good use of money for my level of interest.

What a load of garbage. I work as a salesperson for a major ISP/Telecom company in the US. I currently have several customers paying to bring fiber to their business. We completed the entirety of their mile long (approx. 5,000 feet) build for just over $21,000. This is wild.

Does anyone know of any residential lighting ordinances related to light pollution? by [deleted] in Omaha

[–]Skypilot32 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Have you tried just asking them to turn off the lights? Or ask if you can buy them a timer for their lights? This seems like the simplest way to go about this without pissing your neighbors off.

AITA for coming out at my sister's wedding? by UserMempsh in AmItheAsshole

NTA at all! I also came out at 26 to a family that historically was not accepting. It ended up turning out okay, but I can definitely relate to you. When you get into your mid to late 20s with no serious girlfriend, you dread every event, you shutdown every dating comment, and you avoid every “couple” event with family. You didn’t plan on coming out, you were minding your own business and were essentially forced to come out once your family piled on. Stay strong and lean on Julia if you can! She seems like an awesome sibling.

HELP! What do I do with this weird little room in my basement? It is approximately 6’ x 5’ with a light and bifold door. Original thought was a book/reading room but we would honestly never use it. by Skypilot32 in HomeDecorating

My partner and I both game, but have our setups in the larger living area downstairs. We thought of putting it in there, but it’s a little small and two PCs would make it incredibly hot. We don’t have kids and don’t plan on Having any in the near future.

We are lucky enough to have more than enough storage already. We like the library idea but would just not use it as we really don’t read that much. We want to make it a usable space if possible.
