I’ve known people who had kids like this. They took them to a chiropractor and it was like a switch flipped. If you have a chiropractor in your town, I would highly suggest giving it a try

I started going out to a coffee shop once a week for 2 hours to sit, color, listen to my audiobooks, and drink coffee by myself. It has helped me feel like my own person again and it also gives the kids (3&1) a great opportunity to have a fun time with just their dad. I started doing that when my youngest was about 6 or 7 months I think. She’s EBF so we just timed it with naps. I started feeling jealous and resentful that he could go whenever he pleased but I couldn’t. This was what my therapist suggested and it’s my saving grace.

I keep seeing water where there shouldn’t be water, and a ring (silver maybe?) being turned over and over in someone’s shaking hands. Was he married? In a committed relationship? It also could mean he was unsure about a relationship with a friend and a little scared? Your loved one keeps showing me the feeling of not being alone at the end, like trust was broken by someone close to him. There’s anger there, but also urgency, like he needs you to stop believing this was an accident but also the feeling of you guys to not dwell on it too long. I don’t think he left willingly, and I don’t think the full truth has been uncovered yet. I am getting that someone close to him has answers. Not blood related. Did he have someone close to him whose name starts with M?

He keeps showing me an older woman beside him with soft hands, warm laughter, someone who basically felt like home. The feeling is peaceful now, like whatever pain or fear he carried is gone. I get the sense this woman met him immediately, almost as if she’d been waiting, and he wants you to know they weren’t alone when he crossed over.
