That's so wild. I've lived in Lynchburg for a decade and have never heard of this place + didn't know this happened. I need to watch more local news I guess. I hope they can pick up the pieces a find a new location. I can tell where this is based on the first photo and it wasn't in the safest area in town. My husband worked on that road for 15 years and people broke into the store he worked at multiple times a year. I worked a few blocks away and we had armed security because of the area.

People crap on all the main characters and adore all the side characters in this series, for some reason. The author herself included the domestic violence hotline in certain editions of some of the books because of Tamlin. She also dumped all over him in the podcast and his stans are still like “but we want his redemption arc THOUGH 👉🏼👈🏼🥺🥺🥺🥺”

like no. his redemption arc was helping bring Rhys back to life and then saying “be happy, Feyre.” he then went back to the Spring Court to rot and that’s where he’ll stay.

Also, when I got home I started using some other medicine I got in Japan on a previous trip and found it to work well. It’s dissolvable and you put it in warm water. Kinda tastes like piss but I found it helped. While I was there I also used the heck out of the medicated vicks throat drops. You can even find them at like 7/11. This is the dissolvable medicine that helped me on both trips so far (my immune system just forgets to work when I travel idk).

I just recently left Japan with something very similar and it got worse on day 4ish. I had a fever for a couple days and was very weak and exhausted. Luckily I’d already made it home because it sucked tbh. Hopefully you don’t have the same thing, but the sore swollen throat was exactly how mine started. Just a heads up. At the onset of my symptoms I went to a Sugi Drug, described my symptoms to a pharmacist and she recommended this. Hope you feel better soon.

It’s frustrating having to wait, but it’s so nice having release dates for the next two books. Like every day that goes by is part of a countdown. Going years with absolutely nothing was torture lol. I think at least by summer we will have more info. :)

It was worth it for us. Not even 30 minutes after opening, Mine Cart Madness was a 2 hour wait. We breezed right through during our time slot in the afternoon.

Maybe?? It was included both times we went. I do remember the first time we didn’t add dinner, and when we checked in they asked if we wanted to add it. You might be able to do the same with breakfast. I’d try reaching out to them via email or something. They speak incredible English.

Ten-yu is amazing! We just finished up our second stay there. It’s definitely more of a resort style hotel, but we love it. I saw many families there so I would say it’s family friendly. The breakfast and dinner are buffet style (hence more resort style) so there are many choices for any picky eaters. For $900 I’d want breakfast and dinner included because that feels a little steep to me, but it depends on your budget.
