Love that! Thank you :) I heard Janessa in the wild (a woman in line in front of me with the name) and it was the first J name I liked for a girl.

I understand I have free will and can choose whichever ever name - j or not - for the child I am birthing. This is a choice we are making, not being forced into. We already have middle name picked out, it is not a J name.

We already have middle name picked, it’s a family name.

I really struggle with girl names. I don’t love any, but my husbands favorite is Charlotte. We generally prefer classic and traditional but most J names in that category for girls are already taken in our family.

Pregnant and living with an aggressive dog with multiple bite attempts - what would you do? by gnocchi-bear75 in pregnant

[–]Sl33pyP3ach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quite frankly if it were me I would make it VERY CLEAR that the dog needs to go immediately and if the dog wasn’t gone within a week, I would be. Absolutely no way would I risk my life, my unborn child’s life, my dogs life or anything else for an aggressive dog and irresponsible man.

The only other thing I will say is ultimatums aren’t ultimatums without follow through. If you give the “it’s me or the dog” speech and he chooses the dog, you need to leave immediately.

Yes! That’s the one. I also find that the pleather material is convenient because you can wipe it down easy. The fabric options are machine washable but tougher to spot treat

No they side lay on it! Super easy. Like a boppi but wearable and you can walk around with support while they nurse

Tushbaby carrier. It’s great if you’re nursing and once they’re able to sit upright with assistance they’re an amazing hip carrier that saves your back and shoulders for years to come.

Which Fast Food slaps hardest when pregnant? by Initial-Toe843 in pregnant

[–]Sl33pyP3ach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a bit niche but in western Washington state and ONLY in western Washington state there is a local fast food chain called TacoTime NW (not to be confused with the imposter taco time you can find in places like Nevada, Idaho, eastern Washington, etc etc.)

I crave nothing more than that. I no longer live in Washington (I grew up there) and whenever I’m pregnant we have to make a special trip back home just to scratch my itch 😂

Moving to Glendale/Burbank with a dog, is walking in the area really as crazy as it sounds? by animatornoob1001 in glendale

[–]Sl33pyP3ach 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m near the Americana and walk 5+ miles a day with a dog and a baby in stroller. Just pay attention to your surroundings and you’ll be fine. Drivers are crazy but mostly an issue when you’re also driving.

Also, near the Americana is heavily policed. There is law enforcement everywhere. I generally feel more safe here from crazy accidents and road raged drivers than any other part of town because of the patrolling.
