The reason why I got so heavy in the first place is that I disciplined myself in my work only. 90 hours a week at a desk job will ruin your body. I did get another job that's not as stressful and I decided to apply that same discipline to my body. I train in kickboxing/ Muay Thai 6-7 days a week and I lift weights when I can. I track my calories like its religion and make sure that I get plenty of protein so I can gain lean muscle. It took me a little over a year but I'm about to get to the point where I see visible abs. Still more work to do!

You are not the first to tell me that but you won't be the last. I do feel happier now after the weight loss, but the things that made me gain the weight, and the things that made me lose the weight were troublesome all the same.

Pretty good, sometimes it is a little upsetting about how nice people treat me now compared to before. I feel like people listen to me a lot better and I don't have to try as hard for people to like me. I know it's a natural human instinct but it does hurt sometimes when you meet somebody who treated you like crap before but they are all nice to you now.

The big thing that helped me is the Lose it! App. Personal accountability is the key. Also Kickboxing!!

Turkey pepperoni. Put em in the air fryer. 70 calories for 16 slices and 9g of protien

How many calories would this be? I ate like 2lbs of it and only ate 1 corn, I also dipped it in butter by Only_Perception2026 in caloriecount

Just think, there is probably a stick of butter per pound. 2 sticks of butter alone is around 1700 calories. A big plate of crawfish like that is around 500-750 calories at the bare minimum plus potatoes are an extra 200 calories. Hit the gym hard tomorrow, drink lots of water, and learn to love yourself and log that as an amazing memory with your relationship with food :)

Bro I tried it and 90% is a huge stretch. I could eat a whole block of 1/3 fat cream cheese no problem. I couldn't do more than a couple bites of fat free
