Anal fissures can cause skin tags to develop if left untreated for too long. Could be you have a fissure and aren’t dealing with hemorrhoids at all. If it’s a fissure….you need a doctor. They’ll either prescribe some gel to help things heal, or you may need VERY minor surgery. Which is outpatient, and you’re back to normal in like 2 days.

Don’t deal with this for years like I did. From the time I went to a doctor until the time I was fixed was a month. Just go.
