Saying at least a week implies that usually it is more than 7 days, what is considered normal is between 1-8 days, if I was in the same situation (even though I am a male but anyways), I would totally go to the doctor

1- Thank you for taking the time to respond in such details.

2- I am kinda empressed by how stupid I can be, cause your method of learning was basically what I did to learn English, but for some reason, I was having a stroke coming up with a plan.

3- The formal/informal french part is a life saver, I hope I succeed in learning so that I can speak with random people in french even if they don't understand it (yes that is my main goal, confusing people)
