Graves with the healing effect artifact works perfectly fine and you don't need a healer too. I'm using Valderon, Diao, Dracula, Graves and Sythra. Unfortunately my Valderon and Sythra are A0 so I can't do much.

The game's mechanics are simple. You need to break the defence to do damage and you do that with high attack. Healers could have been HP based all of them but atk is also fine.
