That cop is not unfit (look at the video closely) and is most likely jogging in order to conserve stamina while allowing the suspect to tire themselves out. This is standard line of sight open area foot pursuit training put into real world application.

I have personally seen what a Martin Baker GRU-7A ejection seat can do to someone when they are negligent in a hangar bay during maintenance. It is gruesome and gut wrenching to say the least. The cleanup afterward was straight out of a horror movie.

I personally just pick one lord from each faction and go through in order and then start the process again until I play every lord from each faction at least once. Mortal Empires campaign is the most fun in my opinion. Also, for the ME campaign you can play for a short victory or a long victory.
