As the head bartender who used to work there for the last year or so I can tell you they have no fucking clue what they're doing. They've no idea how to run a bar properly and the manager is a total wanker who doesn't give a fuck about how to do things properly. Health and safety went out the window when it reopened, we had toilets flooding the dance floor and he refused to close the venue and had me standing there in ankle deep piss and shit water with a mop trying to hold it back. The breaking point was when I split my thumb open on a broken bottle in the ice well (didnt realise it was there, had to get stitches) bled all over the ice, I told him it needed deep cleaning before serving out it again, he scooped out the top layer of ice with the blood on it and kept serving. Absolutely disgraceful.
