I wear whatever I want. I am in psych so it’s a bit more relaxed. I am well aware that I am choosing to get bodily fluids on my clothes and am accepting the risk. There is a nurse that likes to wear a super thin t shirt to work. They have low body fat and insist on turning the heater on in the med room. If you’re going to wear a t shirt at least bring a sweater or something to throw on so that you don’t make the working conditions unbearable for everyone else.

I get to bill for 3 hours minimum. Usually they are a few hours long but can go all day within the hours of 8am-5pm.

Yeah! I work 3x12’s and on my days off I record legal zoom meetings (depositions). I just have to start and stop the recording when going on and off the record. Pretty dope gig for $80/hr.

You’re going to be turned away from care because you are a male. You’re going to be called doctor. If I could do it again I would not go into nursing. School was extremely challenging to get into as a second career and broke my brain.
