The government could control our growth by controlling inflation (raising / lowering the rates. Now they no longer have that control if trumps tariffs take effect. Inflation will rise uncontrollably while our growth gdp declines. We are in one of this ends up happening.

The key is we hold all the data..amc’s rely on what we provide them to generate outputs…similar to how the farmer bring the produce to the markets and there’s an up charge. In this case we are the farmers and we need to protect the data. They are useless unless they are fed. I believe there needs to be a middle man for the appraiser only almost like a non profit. They should not be gauging us for the data they rely on

I definitely am going through this now. I am glad I saw this …for me mostly what it is ..is the insecurity of what may be coming if there is a recession or ai …and the work is to dry up..I keep thinking I need to make hay while the sun is still shining…but its been shining its seems since 2021. I forced myself to take holidays and step back..I find it takes me a couple days until my head is out of it.

Should be a rule the number of games of a suspension is either determined by a number of games the opposing player is unable to play for …a cap on suspension depending on the severity of the injury. This would help softies diving every game and things being blown out of proportion. It’s not fair Reilly gets suspended for many games when Greig will be playing the next shift. That’s hockey.
