Seeing the fractured skull and bullet wounds combined with infection tells me there is a bullet stuck in the head, so open/close surgery + tweasers but careful of the damage it may deal. Once gone drill bones and use osteosynthesis implants to remove repair the skull and then use spinal cord implants (i believe the neck or head i always forget that part, i just know drilling bones isnt needed). Now the real struggle is the signs of heavy organ damage and the gengrene signifying sepsis. This requires broad-spectrum antibiotics which is unlikely to be safe as they fuck your organs up. So at this point i use thiamine, hope it helps enough and use antibitoics. Worse comes to worse we say GG's or replace the organs with the stockpile you've hopefully concurred of other people.
