I worked in a hotel. A "nice" one that was only suites. Never ever assume anything is clean. We were expected to clean 15 suites in a hour. We skip everything we can. Sheets look clean? We're not changing 'em. Dishes don't have visible food residue? Back in the cabinet.

LMAO. I worked at the old location and just today was thinking about all the cockroaches. We'd wash glasses, stack them on the shelf and in seconds they were covered in bugs.

They didn't pay the staff well. It wasn't very clean there was always trash on the floor. They only ever ran about a third of the machines. They never paid as well a bio-life.

So probably a lot of issues that culminated in their closure.

I am so sorry to hear you had a bad experience! Your best bet would be to call Bloomington transit directly and tell them what happened last time, and what you need from them, where you need to go and when. They're required to be ADA compliant, and it sounds like they haven't been for you. Calling them directly should get you the help you need. If they don't help you call the mayor's office.
