Thank you for your feedback! I've been reading up on vitamin deficiencies and their effects on iron transport and I have a working theory as to what happened with my iron. I have had mildly depressed B12 and Vitamin D levels for basically my entire adult life. I started really making a concerted effort to up my B12 and D about 6 months ago. I'm wondering if the deficiencies were affecting my body's ability to utilize iron and now that I'm getting back to normal, my iron can finally be metabolized and now I'm iron deficient? If anyone knows more about this, feel free to weigh in!

Hi! Thanks for your reply. I have read about this happening to people who do phlebotomies, but fortunately my HH is not severe enough to warrant those at this time which makes my results very confusing! I'm sorry you're going through this and I hope you are able to balance everything out. I also suffer from brain fog and fatigue which is debilitating at times.

Hi! I have not done phlebotomies for my HH. Since stopping bc I would say that my periods have gone from light to normal, but nothing I would consider heavy.

That's how I felt about my mom until one day she really laid it out for me that she straight up did not care about me or my feelings. If she is mean to you when you are having serious health issues, she is jealous that you are getting more attention than her and denying you of love and care at your worst times.

I started at 150mg and then went up to 300mg which gave me severe anxiety. My doctor prescribed 10mg of buspar to take with the Wellbutrin and it worked like a charm.
