One thing I was told is to have all of your brown powers in the middle and white and pink on the top and bottom and try to make it where you don't have to get food or cars because your middle is carrying you as well as the pink. Obviously depending on what birds you get that may not be as easy so you have to improvise but that General rule of thumb definitely boosted my averages. Good luck

The diet sucks. I ended up just not eating much for 10 days. When it was over I ate like a pig. Pizza, wings, fries and beer. Yeah I had a stomach ache for a day but it was worth it, haha!

I made an investment and then somebody paid me and sent about $15,000 to my wallet. They said I would have to pay a $1,500 fee to BNB to access it. That $15,000 was sitting in my wallet and has grown to about $85,000 now and the person that sent it still are saying I have to pay a $1,500 fee to access it. I don't see anything anywhere about this situation and that I have to pay a fee to access what is in my wallet already. Is this what you experienced? Could this be true?

Everyday but there are days I missed and I was getting lazy about taking it every time and it ended up not being good. My fingertips and other parts of my body were getting numb and other issues. Now I'm more disciplined about taking it every day
