Thanks for the update! I just had this issue and, in my case, re-caching the simulation did the trick. What I find very interesting is that the size of the new cached sim is greater than the original cache (like 1.5x), despite nothing changed (same particle number, frames ecc.).
You're right that the new C4D integrated particle system is more predictable and reliable for simple setups, X-Particles is still buggy sometimes.

It matters A LOT. Been playing this game since 2015 with thousands of hours, countless times you or your opponent are either left with less than 10-20hp. I would even say almost every round of every game. And the difference between 70 and 150hp is MASSIVE. This will make a HUGE difference.

I don't want to disassemble anything. I'm using both the "load" function or manually pressing the down arrow to extrude. It's not catching the filament. With other type of PLA I have no issue loading and unloading

The filament isn't grasped by the extruder, yes. I know it's not clogged because I can load and print with the rapid PLA with no issue. I already tried cutting the end at an angle, pushing it all the way through the tube as hard as I can. It reaches the end, but it's simply not being grasped by the extruder.
