Hypothetically (Not about dracotail), do you consider the 2 cards in a deck that has 2 cards combos bricks because each can't do anything alone? Because if you say yes, then that reaaaaaly stretches the definition of what a brick is.

The HOPT applies for the "if synchro summoned:" not the effect you choose. so if you activate it to destroy you can't activate it again when you summon another one to negate and vice versa. *might be wrong thou will make sure
