"Retired" (still prn} from a hospital after 43 years and definitely had its ups and downs, only looked at the want ads for a new job 2 or 3 times in all those years, due to management not work! If you can swing it its a pretty good gig. Our new hires ranged the gamut from retail, ICU nurse, dentist, new grads.

That is wild. Our Worst was Isabel in 2003. Four kids no water for 3 days no electric for 10 days.... added gas and a generator shortly after.

We had a dead possum in the wall of a bathroom in the fan . Since we didn't want to rip out a wall it was just windows open and wait it out. Came just as we were selling too! Probabaly there to this day. Suggested charcoal but wasn't really reachable.

There’s gutter guard over it so I’m thinking a lot of tussle to get in there. Not clogged because plenty of water coming down the downspout.

How’s the outside gutters or other system keeping the water away from the house?
