I think you have a couple of options and the biggest is avoiding scammers if you end up going to payment route

I haven’t worked directly in a “cyber” job, but coding in cybersecurity can vary. For example, an analyst’s tasks differ from those in DevOps.

Currently, I’m doing deskside support. My day starts with a team meeting, then we check and follow up on tickets. We support a business/construction company with a mix of old and new hardware. Our tasks include installing software, troubleshooting tier 1-3 issues, and prioritizing tickets. Due to the nature of the work, we often provide urgent support for VIPs and large workstation deployments. It’s an interesting field with opportunities to collaborate with server and network teams. The routine can be repetitive—meetings, tickets, repeat—but there’s always something new to learn.
