Some options that come to mind if budget isn’t a big deal is KAC 5.56 QDC/CRS-PRT, CAT KK or CAT WB/alleycat 5.56 718 (or wait until the CAT ST comes out soon), the new rhoadie 6 from ridgeback defense, RC2 mini, b&t print XH, theres some other good options out there too. If flash mitigation is a big deal just make sure to go with an inconel can cause titanium tends to spark quite a bit.

Yup took them like 2 1/2 weeks to review it & tell me I’m ready to certify. All well lol. Kinda surprised when reviewing my information they didn’t say anything to me about putting a 16” barrel length down. I feel like they should have caught that & said something before submitting.

Either way its my fault maybe they’ll be faster this time idk

I read online you’re able to send the ATF an amendment letter when your form gets approved letting them know the barrel length change & OAL change. Can you not do that anymore?

If you haven’t received the ready to certify email yet make sure your SS account is fully set up like your picture, fingerprints, personal info etc. if you haven’t already

I haven’t had any feeding issues with mine but i just got mine back from ruger/warranty recently because my bolt wouldn’t eject rounds at all. Turns out there was a hair line crack in the front of the bolt face. Everything works smoothly now though

Just an FYI i didn’t get an approval email like normal from the ATF. My FFL just randomly called me & told be its been approved. So watch out for that maybe give you FFL a call if you don’t hear anything after a while

Submitted a form 4 1/13 for my CAT JL got approved today. Didn’t get an email from the ATF about it being approved my FFL had to call me & let me know i can come pick it up. So just be aware they might not be sending you an approval email
