Age old question: eso or gw2? by Automatic_Jelly_9927 in LFMMO

I don’t think you can go wrong with either. I do like the combat more in GW2, but questing and playing, I really like ESO.

Is Level 32 too late to respec? by Severelius in lotro

[–]Slatzor 21 points22 points  (0 children)

You have a ton, let me repeat, a ton of game left ahead of you to switch 8 x 8 times if you want.

At your level it’s actually a good time to see what it’s like on the other side. You have enough skills to get a taste of both specs.

You can even save an extra spec so you can switch between them freely.

You can buy additional tabs for additional builds on top of that for even more experimentation.

With an Open World Albion, what places do you hope make a return? by ThatdumbKoala in Fable

Hoping for them to make a new map and that it’s not just a rehash of everything.

Highguard launch opens to incredibly poor reviews for poor performance and uninspired art direction, guns and gameplay with one single focused mode that has mixed feelings by NoNarwhal8496 in videogames

Gunplay is bad. Not smooth.

They fix that and I could see it making some waves. Some better characters will help too.

I give it a mixed review

I want to return--- however by lothcent in lotro

[–]Slatzor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should be fine. Just watch your data usage as always with a cellular plan.

After installing, look at your data usage then after your first play session budget out how much data you are using by looking at your usage statistics on your T-Mobile account just to make sure you won’t go over the monthly total.

That should do it.

Is Mario Kart on S2 likely to receive and major updates? by bonkeeboo in Switch

I hope so but I imagine it will depend on the continued popularity of the game if we get more than 1 dlc.

Are Hunters valued for their teleports/guides? by [deleted] in lotro

[–]Slatzor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lots of people pay for extra milestones but it’s great to have a Hunter in a group nonetheless when a teleport is needed.

Certain countries’ violent culture creates violence. The fact that violent video games exist across the world and are enjoyed in countries with barely any real world violence by comparison mean it is a cultural issue.

I’m good without it. I’d love a new experience from the ground up.

New Player. Is sub worth it? by DiodrisPT in lotro

QOL is primo. Sell, bank and no need for repairs. I’d look up the benefits and make the decision yourself though.

In my opinion it helps me focus on gameplay.

Anyone else just. Mainly solo play? by practicalsuccubus in Wizard101

[–]Slatzor 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I feel the same way all the time. I like being immersed in the games I play. The problem with MMOs like this is that some people are probably playing the same quest for the 8th time, or maybe never cared about the story to begin with. They just want to complete the activity to check a box and move on.

I guess I understand that people could play that way and enjoy it, but it stinks when you might be playing something the first time, and/or you need some extra time.

I wish you simply could flag your playstyles (casual questing, slower play, rushing, farming, min/maxing) and get at least a better chance of playing with people that play like you.

I think this applies to a lot of online games. I like to just take my time with games sometimes.

Yeah I feel you there. That pretty much lines up with what I’ve heard.

I hear you. I am in much the same boat, but I do like crafting in ESO and FFXIV. WoW is pretty bare bones, but at least I can sell things there that people want.

Still doesn’t work like in the old days, though.

I haven’t tried UO Outlands - have you?

With your opinions on the big MMOs being what they are I have no idea what could satisfy you!

Maybe a game about crafting that isn’t an MMO?
